Foster

We only pull dogs from shelters if we have a foster or adopter. If you do not see a dog here that we've posted on Facebook, that means we are still looking for a foster and/or adopter. Thank you for supporting our mission to make a positive impact on the lives of these deserving animals.

We do require interested fosters to complete our DOG Foster Application form or CAT Foster Application form online. 

Requirements:

• Please know that fosters must be at least 18 years old and have a valid, government issued ID.
• Home visits by Rosie Rescue foster coordinators are required prior to fostering, virtually or in person. 
• Rosie Rescue reserves the right to refuse any foster application for any reason.
• Please do not apply unless you are ready to foster. We cannot hold any animals as it holds up our foster homes from being able to save another off the euthanasia lists. 
• We are entirely volunteer based and it may take up to 72 hours to hear back. Repeated emails only delay us further and leaving questions blank leads to increased processing time. 
•  If returning a foster for any reason, please give us at least two weeks to find a foster placement since we are a foster based rescue.
